Koffi-Kégou Afiadegnigban

Koffi-Kégou Afiadegnigban was born in 1991 in Lomé, Togo. In 2009 he joined the dance company AMENOUVEVE, where he received his first professional training in traditional Togolese dance. Driven by curiosity and the desire to develop his art, Koffi sought out other training opportunities and took part in several traditional and contemporary dance courses in Togo and other countries, including Benin and Ghana. With his insatiable appetite, the young dancer decided in 2018 to move to Ouagadougou in Burkina Faso to intensify his professional training. That same year, he was selected to join the international contemporary dance training programme ‘YELEN DON #3’ at the choreographic development centre la TERMITIÈRE. Over the years, Koffi-Kegou has worked with many renowned choreographers, including Salia Sanou, Séydou Boro, Bienvenue Bazié, François Verret, Chantal Loïal, Serge Aimé Coulibaly and many others.
